Week 4: A Slower Week

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to my blog, This past week I was not able to schedule any interviews however I did continue to research and reach out to creative professionals to hopefully schedule more in the next few weeks. I finally created a draft version of my survey that I plan to send out to have some self-collected stats for my final deliverable. I did locate and read through data sets published by Cognative Market Research which is a near 50-page data set on metrics collected on the usage and sales of different camera systems over the last 20 years. I feel this data will be a great asset to my research as I struggled to find a data set that represented the metrics I was researching and this is by far the best I have found so far. I also spent this week working a lot more with my onsite advisor who helped me to catalog his old work by which cameras he was using for each job which will hopefully show the evolution of gear through professional usage.

Hopefully I’ll have more to report on interview-wise next week, until next time!
